What times can I check in and out (as I must always check before going in OR coming out!)?
Check in time is 3pm and check out is 11am. You can store your luggage with the concierge and access amenities (including pool) prior to check-in and after check-out as usual. Rooms will be allocated as soon as they are available.
Where can I eat and drink offsite (because I like variety and love to share)?
Being in the middle of South Beach has some fantastic advantages. The local CVS has everything for an in-room snack, from ready-made meals, fresh fruit and liquor – it is located across the street.
The hotel is located within 2 minutes walking distance to many amazing South Beach restaurants and Lincoln Lane. We recommend to book in advance online and check out any of the below amazing places within walking distance.

- Dolce Italian; Italian restaurant serving up breakfast, brunch and lunch with fantastic cocktails
- The Bazaar by Jose Andres; world renowned restaurant opens for brunch, lunch and dinner with Spanish inspiration

What are the standard amenities of the room?
Each room comes equipped with a fridge, table and chairs, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, flat screen TV, iPhone speaker and free wifi. We recommend that you buy cups or cutlery (if required) from the CVS store across the street.
Sometimes I like to come early or late, am I able to arrive before the event start date?
Absolutely, if you’d like to check in or out outside the event dates then you need to make arrangements directly with the hotel. Please mention that you are attending Podcast-A-Palooza 2020 and would not like to change rooms. We would recommend that you book the same room type for the entire duration of stay, but cannot guaranteed that you will stay in the same room, this decision would be at the discretion of the hotel – but it always pays to ask 😉
How do I get to the hotel?
There are two airports local to South Beach, both are accessible via Taxi, Uber, Lyft or the bus from the hotel. Fort Lauderdale Airport is about a one hour drive while Miami International is 25 minutes. We recommend using Taxi, Uber, Lyft as the simplest method, however there is a local bus available which will drop you a block away from the hotel. If you require parking for your gold wheeled Roller, the hotel offers valet parking at $35 per day (not included in ticket price).
Can I be naked in the hotel or by the pool?
We’re excited to say that unlike Facebook, there is no nipple ban in the pool area (men also!!) – so topless is fine. However, unless you want to end up in the local police station with your junk out, you must wear appropriate clothing in the other common areas of the hotel. Nudity is, of course, allowed in the rooms and, if there is a designated playroom(s), there also.

Daytime wear can include anything you’re comfortable in, wanna rock some nipple pasties by the pool? Get around in lingerie or hang out in shorts and a singlet… dare to wear what you like after reading our “Can I be naked in the hotel or by the pool” FAQ above.
I’d like to get to know some of the attendees before the event, can you help?
Absolutely, we will launch the PCAP schedule and event app before the event, once downloaded to your phone you can set up a profile and chat or make date arrangements with other attendee’s. More information setting up your profile and downloading the app will be made available once you have purchased your tickets.
Are there playrooms on site?
Yes, we will have dedicated playrooms available on site operating in the evening.
Will lubricants and condoms be supplied?
Yes, these are available in common area’s and replenished daily for personal use. If you can’t see them then please ask on of the Staff for help – remember, if it’s not on it’s not on.
