March 24, 2020; Podcast-A-Palooza COVID-19 Health & Safety
Further to our updates (March 18th,March 11th) we want to continue to provide ongoing information on Podcast-A-Palooza as it pertains to COVID-19.
The primary mission of Podcast-A-Palooza is to provide a safe, fun and secure place for lifestyle couples to come together in a sensual atmosphere. With this, and the pandemic that is COVID-19, we feel that the potential is high for compromised safety of our attendees – should we go ahead as planned.
The health and safety of our attendees, hosts and sponsors is paramount to us at Podcast-A-Palooza. Given the increased confirmed cases in Florida, travel restrictions and the information being published by the CDC + Florida state, we have made the difficult decision to postpone our Miami event to later in the year.
- New Dates: October 9th –October 12th 2020
If you have an existing booking, it will be transferred to October 2020. We are working closely with the hotel to move any pre/post event personal bookings and will be in contact with the attendees who have additional reservations.
If you are no longer able to attend Podcast-A-Palooza in October and need to us to sell your room, please contact us via email. We will do our upmost to sell your room and get you reimbursed per our cancellation policy.
While it is bad news that we won’t be able to party this May, we will be ensuring that when you join us in October the event will be better than ever.
This was not a decision that we have taken lightly, and we want to thank you, our hosts & our sponsors for your continued support during these difficult times. The community has been a shining light and we are very thankful.
