Since 2019 there have been numerous updates on the coronavirus (COVD-19) situation around the world and in more recent weeks concerns raised within the swinging lifestyle space. PCAP2020 has taken several preventative measures regarding the safety and wellbeing of our Miami event attendees.
Whilst there is no need to panic, we do want to provide you with an understanding of what we are doing to help keep you safe and healthy during our event.
What we know about COVID-19
- The disease is spread from person to person
contact through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or
sneezes*
- These droplets can land in the mouths or noses of people who are nearby or possibly be inhaled into the lungs
- People are thought to be most contagious when they are most symptomatic (the sickest) *

What we are doing at PCAP2020
We care about the safety and wellbeing of all the attendees of our May event in Miami Beach and as such have put into place some items which we hope will help mitigate any risk of infection. Please be prepared to support us in these endeavours as we do our upmost to keep you all healthy.
Please note below some of our risk mitigation plans as well as resources for more information and recommendations.
- Non-Contact Forehead Thermometer
Our team will be checking your body temperature upon arrival (check-in) & updating you on the COVID-19 situation alongside our other policies (drug/alcohol, gun, consent). We will also be checking temperatures upon entering our 5 senses playroom.
- Security 24 hrs
We have security on site at the entrance to our venue 24hrs from the start to the end of our hotel takeover. They are there to assist with any queries and may (from time to time) request a temperature spot check
- Cleanliness
Our playroom attendants will always be ensuring the cleanliness of our playrooms. They will be periodically changing sheets, cleaning products with wipes and ensuring that everyone remains safe and healthy.
- Obtain Travel Insurance
It is always prudent to obtain personal travel insurance no matter where you travel to within your own country or around the world. Some credit card holders will automatically have travel insurance if you have purchased flights, transit or tickets with your credit card. Please check your travel policies and update if necessary.

There is a ‘MinuteClinic’ directly across the street from the hotel at the CVS;
MinuteClinic® is a walk-in clinic inside select CVS/Pharmacy stores® and HealthHUB® locations. At our HealthHUB locations, you can receive most MinuteClinic services as well as shop our health products. Our walk-in clinics give you a cheaper and more convenient alternative to emergency rooms and urgent cares
There is a local Urgent Care Center a few blocks from our hotel, if you need medical assistance
