Podcast-A-Palooza® (PCAP) recognizes COVID-19 has had broad and lasting effects on how all in-person events can safely be conducted. PCAP understands management of future events will be critical to ensure the safety of all participants and staff. PCAP remains unfailingly dedicated to the sexual, physical, and mental health of our attendees.
Playrooms
For Podcast-A-Palooza to create a safe environment for our guests, hotel staff and public we have modified some of the amenities at Podcast-A-Palooza Miami 2021.
We have decided that all in person on site playrooms at our events will be cancelled for the duration of 2021. Guests are welcome to get to know one another on the dance floor, exchange contact information, or meet afterwards in your room, but no sexual activity is permitted in any public place.
We do not believe this will fundamentally change the overall Palooza environment of our event and request our attendees understanding as we navigate safe management of health.

COVID Management
We are finalizing the safe COVID practices for our Miami takeover this May 2021. We are proud to announce that we will be offering FREE rapid COVID testing to all attendees during check in and at any point throughout the event. We are committed to the safe practice of our lifestyle and as such we are offering these tests at no charge.
We will shortly be publicly publishing our full covid protocols and policies, should you know of another event that could utilize these please feel free to share. In the meantime, please note below our recommendations for PCAP attendees to remain as safe as possible.
